Shipping policy

Little Bear's shipping prices are based upon Domestic USPS Ground shipping costs, please allow 5-7 days for items to ship as some are made to order. 

Tracking info will be provided once your order ships. I ship orders out as quickly as possible no matter what, but please contact me at littlebearillustration@gmail.com if you have deadline questions or concerns.

To qualify for free shipping, an order must be over $65.00. This offer is only available via USPS and excludes Overnight, Next Day or rush shipping and may not be combined with other offers.   

If a shipment is returned due to an insufficient or incorrect address listed by the buyer, the buyer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item(s). Orders that originally qualified for the free shipping offer may have shipping costs applied for replacement orders. If the incorrect address is due to my shop's error, the item(s) re-ship at no cost to the buyer. 

Any damage incurred to package/contents during the shipping process would have to be claimed through USPS. Unfortunately, once a shipment leaves me, it is in the care and responsibility of USPS. Little Bear shipments are always sent out in secure packaging, usually flat or boxed. If your shipment looks damaged, please take pictures! USPS will ask for as much proof as you can provide. Once you've put in your claim, please feel free to reach out at littlebearillustration@gmail.com if you're still in need of a replacement order. 

Prices subject to change if the buyer is outside of the U.S. and/or needs rush delivery. Contact me if you have any questions or issues, I'll do my best to accommodate rush jobs even on custom orders!

Please note that overseas buyers are responsible for any and all VAT, duties and customs charges that may be incurred with international shipping.
